I have taken a special interest in Art and Play therapy, which I
use in my own practice. Calgary is blessed to have Straja
Linder King, a Clinical Art Therapist and Author. Straja also
facilitates animal centered therapy with horses and her certified
therapy dog, Tangus.
I believe that yoga is an amazing platform for wellness. There are many yoga studios around town that are fabulous including Leela Eco Spa and Studio (www.leelaecospa.com), yoga passage (www.yogamobile.com), and for yoga with heat try bohdi tree (www.bodhitreeyoga.ca)
